RUNNING POP QUIZ!

Hey there!  Happy Tuesday!  My Monday was filled with nothing but food (are you really that surprised?), so I thought I'd share everything I ate.  I know, for some of you, that's typically a Wednesday thing.  Sometimes I'm different.  Awkwardly different.

ANYWAY

I eat often...like every two to three hours, and they're usually smaller meals.  Admittedly, dinner is sometimes a bigger meal than is necessary.  I need to work on that.

Yesterday's meals:

BREAKY --


Mid-morning --


Lunch --

Dinner -- Leftover lamb kebab and rice.


No structured workout happened ----------> but I teach P.E., so there's that.:)

  1. I also started running In Brooks Launch. Love them! Swedish fish is my weakness. I like taking them during my run. I feel less guilty about eating them while I run then on days when I don't Run.

  3. I keep TRYING to like cross-training, but it's just never as satisfying as a run!

  5. Hey there fellow Chicagoan! I love my Honey Stinger Chews, and 13.1 is my favorite run distance (at least right now). Mostly run solo, but that's cuz I do most of my bike & swim workouts each week with others.
