Wednesday - AM Swim - 1600 yards (1500 breakdown - 1 x 500, 400, 300, 200, 100, negative splits for each set, and sprinting the last 25 of each set, 100 warmdown [free, breaststroke, and basically playing in the water]); PM Run - 3 easy miles with the /R/iver /R/unners crew
Thursday - REST
Friday - AM 50-minute spin (fun intervals...FUNTERVALS!), PM Weights + Corework
Saturday - AM Run - 7 miles
Sunday - AM Run - 3 easy miles
Totals:
Swimming - 3100 yards
Running - 17 miles
Spinning/Cycling - 50 minutes
Yoga - 0
Weights - 0
