1. First off, let me say that I'm the biggest fan of overkill.
And
Cheese.
Also
I wonder if I should change my blog title. What do you think?
"Tiffany Runs For Cheese"
My run yesterday morning was pretty legit. I knew I wanted to work on some speed, and was torn between intervals or a tempo run. I decided (at like ~mile .97) that I was going to do 800s. It's been a while, I thought to myself, then hit the gas pedal for a bit.
It was pretty spooky out, so I hardly needed any speed motivation.:)
Some splits from Garmin Connect. They give you some pretty nifty numbers. I'm not too numbers crazed, though.
2. Even though I had a great lunch and a snack before I left school, the afternoon hungries got to me. I had a snack whilst reading up on y'alls bloggies.
THIS STUFF is pretty darn delicious! Harry and I decided that it actually tastes like Honey Nut Cheerio milk, so I basically doubled-up with my snack.
3. This gem that my bestie from San Antonio posted on my Facebook wall made my heart hurt. And then, it made me want cake, just to mourn all of the cakes lost or hurt in the making of the post.
4. The answer is always "yes" when it comes to these things. Am I right?
6. Facebook reminded me of this moment the other day. I was so distraught!
7. AND THEN SOMETIMES happy thoughts come back!
8. I want to get more adventurous in the kitchen. And by adventurous, I mean kind of weird.
9. MY SPIRIT ANIMAL.
10. Harry and I are ready. #TravelGoals
This fantastic randomness was brought to you by the beautiful Amanda.
Have a great Friday eve, friends!

CLICK HERE for the best donut shop in every state! Have you been to any of these?!
Do you tend to stay away from the internet (specifically, Lord help us, PINTEREST) when you're hungry?
QUICK: What is your breaky lately? Do you eat the same thing every day, or do you like to switch things up?
I grew up with the best donut shop just a couple of blocks away. Amy Joy donuts in Niles. It was in the Blues Brothers movie. Sadly it's no more.
ReplyDeleteI feel the same way about cake and all things sweet. I'd eat them ALL day.
One day, when you and I are done with this silly thing called "being active and healthy and fit", we'll eat cake together.
DeleteWith that said, what are your plans next Saturday?:P
There is an instagram about cakes falling. i can't remember the name but I'm glad I don't because it would crush your spirit. And I can't have that.
ReplyDeleteLife is hard enough as it is. Why would that even exist?
DeleteYES to cheese. Also, hot chocolate = one of my biggest pregnancy cravings. And everytime I read the Very Hungry Caterpillar to my son, I think, huh. Sounds like me...
ReplyDeleteRIGHT? That caterpillar had life figured out!
DeleteUnicorn poop cookies?! YES. I agree with you about the hot chocolate. I can drink it any time of year (even in Florida).
ReplyDeleteWITH whipped cream and a dash of cinnamon!:P
DeleteBeing on the computer is the WORST thing for my hunger. Even if I'm not browsing Pinterest or blogs (which makes it 100x worse), I still get snacky when I'm trying to write or think. It's like my brain just needs constant fuel to do its thing. Which it does. But still... lol.
ReplyDelete...I feel like I made things worse for you today. I apologize, sweet friend.
DeleteI love this random post :) So many things going on and so many links to click. Why am I not surprised the best donut in PA is in Philly. Of course..all the way across the state. SOB. (that was supposed to be a sob like crying..but I guess son of a b is also applicable here).
ReplyDeleteSOB. I'm going to use that in a sentence today, and my students just won't know that it's a twofer.;)
DeleteOh. My. Gosh. DONUTS! I love donuts! The one in Virginia is close by and I need to check it out! I stumbled on your blog from Jen @ JenChoosesJoy and I love it :)
ReplyDeleteWe can be donut BFFs!<3 Thanks for moseyin' on over, new friend!
DeleteThe internet can be a tough place when you're hungry, but what gets me even more is the food network! I tend to have it on in the background a lot and it definitely fuels the hunger at certain times of day!
ReplyDeleteI used to be a personal trainer at a gym that had TVs in the locker rooms. Food Network was always on those TVs until several patrons complained about how it made them so hungry just after their workouts. It somehow never bothered me, but I bet it would in my own house!
DeleteThat Hot Chocolate post is the funniest! Hot Chocolate is one of my favorite snacks, especially when it's made with Almond Milk. I felt so bad for that cake on the floor. No fun at all.
ReplyDeletePinterest is such a great food inspirations, sometimes I'm just pinning away and hope that one day I will get around to actually do it:)
I'm pretty sure that 98% of the stuff I pin I'll actually do. Recipes, P.E. lessons, etc.
DeleteHoney milk with honey nut cheerios? That is just TOO perfect.
ReplyDeleteRIGHT?! It was divine!<3
DeleteOK that unicorn poop cookie is just to funny! And, yes to Hot Cocoa...always!
ReplyDeleteIt's going to get cool here this weekend. I can't wait for more hot chocolate!<3
